Mildtrans Thailand trip concludes successfully. Mildtrans everyone embarked on this enchanting journey with awe and an open mind. Whether it was engaging with the locals, savoring the delicious local cuisine, or exploring temples and historical sites, everyone experienced the warmth and hospitality of the Thai people. Throughout the trip, we embraced the present moment, adapted to unforeseen circumstances, and maintained punctuality, which made our journey smoother. However, it is regrettable that we didn't have the opportunity to learn about the true lives of the Thai people during the three years of the pandemic and the current situation in Thailand.
Through this trip, the members of Mildtrans emphasized the importance of teamwork. Encouraging each other to voice their opinions and preferences before the trip, we highlighted the significance of confirming details in advance to ensure a seamless travel experience. By working together as a team, we aim to achieve more collective goals.
Reflecting on the people and experiences encountered during this trip, Mildtrans members have identified areas for self-improvement in their work. We have contemplated how to better understand the needs and expectations of our clients, adapt flexibly, and gain their trust.
